Refund Policy

We have a general no-returns or refunds policy, and refunds will only be considered in specific circumstances. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, but please note that returns or refunds are generally not accepted.

To be eligible for a refund or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will assess your request and, if accepted, provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Keep in mind that items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

**Damages and Issues:**
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.


**Refunds:**
We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
